A biopharma reference based in Switzerland is hiring a Senior DSP Tech Transfer Lead to take full ownership of a downstream technology transfer onto an aseptic fill-finish isolator line. The site sits on a high-pipeline portfolio with active commercial readiness across multiple modalities— monoclonal antibodies, recombinant proteins, and increasingly cell&gene therapy.

You’ll author and execute PPQ protocols and MFG batch records yourself. You’ll drive risk assessments, gap closures and CAPAs across the transfer phases. You’ll coordinate cross-functionally with R&D, MSAT, QA, validation and Regulatory— and you’ll be the technical anchor when the transfer reaches its critical phases. ICH Q5E is your daily framework; Q8, Q9 or Q10 sits in your hands as the project requires.

This is not an R&D scale-up role, and it is not a generic CMO support assignment. It is a commercial-readiness ownership position, on a site that produces.

What you’ll need to bring Five to ten years in DSP biopharma manufacturing, with at least two spent on aseptic fill-finish — ideally isolator rather than RABS. Personal leadership of at least one DSP tech transfer for aseptic fill-finish within the last twenty-four months. Operational fluency with ICHQ5E and at least one of Q8, Q9 or Q10, with citations in your recent reports.

English C1 is mandatory. French or German B2+ for site team interactions— either works depending on where you base yourself within Switzerland.

A track record in monoclonals, recombinants or cell&gene therapy is appreciated. Lyophilisation or isolator fill-finish hands-on practice, Veeva Vault or MasterControl fluency— all welcome.
