A family based in Prilly is seeking a reliable and practical Maintenance, Grounds&Handyman Assistant to support the upkeep of their property. This is a hands-on, outdoor and maintenance-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys varied physical work and takes pride in keeping a property in excellent condition.

Salary: CHF 25/hour gross

Schedule:

- Monday: 09:00– 17:00 - Wednesday: 09:00 – 13:00 - Friday: 09:00 – 17:00

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a large private garden, including lawn care, pruning, planting, and seasonal upkeep - Keep all outdoor areas, pathways, and garden spaces tidy, safe, and well-presented - Assist with swimming pool upkeep, including surrounding area maintenance - Carry out general handyman tasks and minor repairs across outdoor areas and property features- Maintain outdoor equipment and ensure tools and storage areas are organised and in good working order - Identify and report larger maintenance issues requiring specialist attention - Provide occasional airport driving support for family members

Please note that no housekeeping duties are required, as these are managed separately. The role suits someone practical, self-sufficient, and comfortable maintaining a large property to a high standard.

Requirements

- Valid Swiss / EU Passport or Swiss work permit - Experience in gardening, maintenance, or handyman work - Strong practical and repair skills with a proactive approach - Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently - Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented - Valid driving licence and confident driving ability- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
