Mission Design, develop, and optimize automation solutions to improve industrial processes, ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency across production systems.
About the Role
Design and implement automation solutions tailored to industrial applications.
Program, test, and optimize
Siemens PLC systems (TIA Portal and WinCC unified) .
Ensure smooth integration of automation systems with production equipment and SCADA/HMI (PCS 7).
Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system optimization for improved performance.
Participate in FAT/SAT, commissioning, and start-up activities on site.
Monitor system performance and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare technical documentation and provide training or knowledge transfer to operations teams.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to ensure successful project delivery.
About You
Engineering degree (Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related field).
5-8 years of proven experience in Siemens PLC programming
and industrial automation projects.
Strong knowledge of
TIA Portal, WinCC
(PCS 7 is a plus).
Experience with industrial communication protocols (profibus).
Hands‑on experience with commissioning and troubleshooting on site.
Solid problem‑solving and analytical skills to handle complex technical challenges.
Team‑oriented, detail‑driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in technical English; full fluency is a plus for an international environment.
German is mandatory.
