Successions at the head of a clinic, post-acquisition integrations, restructurings, governance changes, sensitive replacements— these conversations happen behind closed doors. How we work Strict confidentiality. No public listings, no mass outreach. Direct conversation with Fabrice Cattant or a Recrutis senior partner. When a mandate fits, we reach out. When it doesn't, you remain on the bench— discreetly, indefinitely.

Profiles we engage 15+ years in healthcare leadership (private clinics, hospital groups, university hospitals, health foundations, integrated care networks). Direct P&L or budget ownership at CEO, Site Head, CMO, Director of Care, CFO, COO, or equivalent executive level. Experience of multi-site governance, transformation, or post-M&A integration is a strong differentiator. Languages: French C1+ AND English B2+; German a plus. Geography: Switzerland-based or within commuting distance (DE, FR, IT, AT).

What happens next and what doesn't. If your profile fits, you will be contacted personally, typically within the next 12 to 24 months, when a mandate aligns with your background. If your profile does not fit any current or upcoming mandate, you may not be contacted at all. There is no automated reply, no acknowledgment email, no service expectation. The absence of a response is, in itself, a response.
