You’ll help drive adoption of GAIA, our AI agent, by engaging with industry professionals and helping them rethink how they manage solar and storage assets. Performance Engineer - Customer Success Team We’re looking for a Performance Engineer. You’ll work directly on solar and storage plant performance, analyzing data, identifying root causes of losses, and translating AI-driven insights into concrete actions for operators. As part of a Y Combinator-backed cleantech startup, you’ll bridge engineering and customer impact, helping portfolios operate at their true potential across Europe, Asia, and North America.
