Part-Time Business Litigation Attorney, Lausanne

Luther Lanard is a growing franchise law firm with an open position for a remote litigationattorney with at least5yearsof prior business litigation experience. The role will involve extensive writing and negotiation, and if those are your strengths, this is the job for you. You do not need to know franchise law, as the firm will provide training.We resolvemost disputes without having to file a lawsuit orarbitrationdemand. The role will appeal to someone who wants to work part-time but still manage matters (primarily in the pre-lawsuit stage) and interface with clients and opposing counsel. We are looking for an attorney who can work at least70 hoursa month and is open to both part-time and full-time candidates. Attorneys also receive origination credit.
