Responsible for planning, shooting and editing photos and videos of SLT’s operations&events Overview As a Photo-/Videographer, you are responsible for shooting and editing footage for the team’s social media and implementing other mediatic projects. In addition, you will participate in the team’s major events with cameras, drones and other mediatic material to cover the proceedings and realise entertaining content.
The following requirements outline the optimal parameters we seek for this position. However, all of them can be learned or extended throughout your experience within the team. We encourage you to

Duties&Responsibilities:
Shooting footage during team activities (tests, meetings, working sessions, competitions)
Creating entertaining Vlogs throughout the development of the project
Editing footage using the Adobe Creative Cloud
Creating short documentaries and featured videos for industry partners
Attend weekly team meetings, possible working sessions, and the association’s public events
Qualifications&Skills:
Proficiency in shooting and editing photos and videos using professional equipment
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation strategies
Creative skills for producing engaging and entertaining visual content
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate on visual projects
Technical skills in managing and maintaining media equipment
Experienced with the Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
You will get the opportunity to significantly shape the future of the association through your visual lens
You will be able to work independently and contribute to our public image with your own ideas
You will get the opportunity to work using professional software like the Adobe Creative Cloud
You will be able to meet several other skilled and highly motivated individuals and build long-lasting relationships that can endure outside of the association
You will get the opportunity to meet and exchange with experts in the industry
The expected workload is estimated to be around 3-5 hours per week, with approximately one or two hours dedicated to meetings and the rest to individual or group work. Apart from the fixed weekly team meeting, you will be able to completely dispose of the remaining time at your discretion (while respecting deadlines). During the competition, the workload may increase over a short period of time.
Workplaces We provide an office and workplace in Zürich at ETH’s Student Project House (SPH) and in Dübendorf. From day one, you can work independently and take responsibility for your duties and deliverables. Since the team’s meetings are mostly online, you will be able to work remotely on your tasks, utilizing necessary resources from otherteam members independently. However, certain events like the general assembly or sponsoring events require your physical attendance.
