Your mission:

Treat patients with professionalism while ensuring the smooth running of the clinic. You will also play a key role in the development of our group. Your main responsibilities

Daily management: Opening and closing of the clinic according to schedule (including annual events and month-end closings). Welcome patients on arrival (waiting room, telephone, email). Organizing diaries and making appointments for doctors and technicians. Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.Pre-information and advice on treatments and cosmetics adapted to their needs. Invoice preparation and collection. Daily, weekly and monthly closures. Follow-up of statistics requested by the accounting department. Management of medical products and orders in collaboration with the team. Active contribution:Participation in meetings organized by management. Proactive communication of any malfunctions. Your profile

Experience in management, coordination or hospitality, ideally in the medical or beauty field. A keen eye for detail and organization. A natural ease with customers and a real talent for building relationships. A desire to learn and actively contribute to a constantly evolving environment.
