Responsibilities

Preparation of Italian dishes (pizza, pasta, meat and fish dishes)

Mise en place and preparation of ingredients

Ensuring quality and presentation of dishes

Compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)

Support in menu planning

Stock control and storage management

Qualifications

Completed training as a chef / cook or equivalent experience

Passion for Italian cuisine

Team‑friendly and resilient under pressure

Clean and structured working style

Good German language skills; Italian language skills a plus

Experience: Less than 1 year

Education: Vocational training with Swiss Federal VET Diploma or equivalent
