How you’ll make an impact as a Senior Key Account Manager

Building and executing customer plans and account strategies that translate business priorities into profitable growth.

Delivering agreed customer targets and KPIs by managing sales performance, trade investment and planning accuracy.

Driving excellence in execution by setting clear plans, creating disciplined checkpoints and acting early with corrective actions.

Accelerating category growth by shaping customer initiatives with marketing and category development and using market insights to win.

Strengthening cross-functional ways of working by partnering with field sales, marketing, category development management, supply chain, customer service and finance to deliver customer priorities.

Growing trusted customer relationships by leveraging customer knowledge, sharing best practices and improving satisfaction over time.

What will make you successful

Extensive experience in key account management and customer planning fundamentals to build joint value and profitable outcomes.

Ability to use effective selling and negotiation skills to secure agreements that strengthen performance and partnerships.

Leveraging category, channel and shopper understanding to identify growth opportunities and shape winning initiatives.

Collaborating across teams to align priorities, share best practices and deliver excellent execution end-to-end.

Communicating fluently in German or Swiss German and English; working proficiency in French is an advantage.

Experience managing and coaching a team.

Demonstrating a winning mindset, collaboration, adaptability, and continuous learning.
