Business Analyst - Media (all genders) As a Business Analyst– Media you support the Media Sales and Product teams with data‑driven insights and scalable analytics solutions. You help optimize campaign and product performance, improve reporting transparency, and contribute to data‑informed decision‑making across media and advertising products. In thisrole you combine strong business understanding with hands‑on analytical and engineering skills to build reliable, maintainable reporting and data solutions.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses for Media Sales and Product teams

Analyze campaign, product, and user performance to identify optimization opportunities

Translate business needs from Media Sales and Product into analytical requirements, metric definitions, dashboards, and scalable reporting solutions

Integrate, transform, and validate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources

Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines, data models, and analytics solutions

Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting and analytics processes

Work closely with Product Managers, Media Sales, Data Engineers, and other stakeholders

Present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external partners

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar field

2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or a related area

Strong skills in SQL, BI tools, and data visualization

Good understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, data quality, and scalable analytics workflows

Experience with Python and modern data platforms

Familiarity with Git, testing, CI/CD, or software engineering practices is beneficial

Comfortable using modern AI tools while critically validating outputs and respecting data privacy standards

Familiarity with media, advertising, campaign performance, or digital product analytics is a plus

Strong analytical and communication skills with a collaborative, data‑driven mindset

Good English skills; German is a plus
