Role Description This is a full‑time role for a Restaurant Manager, based on‑site in Cham. The Restaurant Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure outstanding customer service, maintain food and beverage quality, and lead a team‑oriented environment. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, managingcustomer satisfaction, monitoring inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and optimizing the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

Experience in a managerial role within the food, beverage or hospitality industry. Experience managing a restaurant or cafe is advantageous.

Strong sense of ownership.

Empathetic leadership and interpersonal skills.

Open‑minded to new ideas.

Confident communication skills. Strong English and German skills are required. Swiss German is a plus.

Passion for coffee and commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience. Knowledge in specialty coffee is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.

Availability/willingness to work on weekends is a must.

Driving license and car in Switzerland is an advantage.
