In this role, you will provide hands-on IT support for workplace and infrastructure services, including network connectivity. You will also be available to travel on demand to our other SE sites to ensure seamless IT operations across multiple locations.All the important information at a glance:Where? HorgenAdditional trips to: Baden, Guemligen, Ittigen, CrissierDuration: Permanent positionVacation: at least 5 weeksWeekly hours: 40 hoursOur Offer:Join a growing company with a strong industry reputation and recognized leadership in energy servicesBe part of an entrepreneurial organization with an inclusive corporate culture and collaborative team environmentEnjoy a competitive salary, bonus opportunities, and excellent benefitsAccess career development and international growth opportunities within ElectricYour IMPACT:Deliver competent and customer-focused 2nd-level support for users on-site and at other locations when required, proactively identifying IT-related issues and ensuring effective resolutionManage and document incidents and service requests using our ticketing system (ServiceNow)Prepare and deploy IT equipment, including regular PC refresh cycles, ensuring compliance with company policies and accurate asset trackingProvide 'Hands & Eyes' support for central service teams, particularly for servers, networking, and connectivitySupport technical operations during key events such as annual meetings, board sessions, and training sessionsContribute to continuous improvement of IT service processes by reviewing workflows and implementing best practicesYour Profile:Completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent qualificationSeveral years of experience in end-user supportSolid knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Android, and iOSKnowledge of SCCM, MS Intune, and Active DirectoryStrong service orientation and good consulting skillsInitiative, autonomous, and solution-oriented working styleMobility and a valid Class B driver’s license (occasional travel required)Fluent in German, good English skills; French would be an assetCuriosity, Inclusion, Teamwork:Nobody is flawless and not all career paths are the same.
