30 employees , it has been realizing

demanding projects in façade construction for over 45 years

– from planning and design to production and installation.

As part of a strategic development and to relieve and support the owner/CEO, we have been commissioned to find an entrepreneurial and committed personality as

Project Manager / Sparring Partner to the CEO .

Responsibilities

Create production and assembly documents using 3D-CAD (SolidWorks)

Oversee projects from order clarification to successful implementation

Coordinate assigned fitters and manage third‑party contracts

Co‑responsibility for production planning including creation or allocation of construction drawings

Active customer contact and representation of the CEO towards builders, planners, architects and other stakeholders

Identify and promote potential within the team and contribute to strategic development of the company

Skills

Technical background in metal construction or facade planning required

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills needed

Experience in facade construction and team leadership is a plus

Qualifications

Technical basic training as a metal construction draughtsman, façade planner, draughtsman, designer or in a comparable field

Further training as a foreman, technical salesman or comparable qualification is an advantage

Experience in façade construction and passion for sheet metal processing

Good knowledge of 3D-CAD (advantage: SolidWorks)

Structured working method and good MS Office skills

Strong communication skills, solution‑oriented and reliable working style

Leadership potential and pronounced team spirit

High self‑motivation, willingness to learn and entrepreneurial thinking

Enjoyment of independent work, responsibility and scope for design
