In our Drug Product Services (DPS) business unit, we are currently seeking a Process Expert for our new sterile Drug Product facility in Stein. This role is part of a Greenfield project, where you will join a highly energized and diverse team. What you’ll do

Act as the technical expert to ensure that the production line runs efficiently and effectively

Coordinate and support the qualification of manufacturing lines, ensuring they meet strict industry standards

Identify weaknesses in the production line and determine solutions to fix or investigate issues

Establish, drive and maintain good cleanroom management practices

Collaborate with team members to successfully implement improvements and new processes

What we’re looking for

Degree or equivalent experience in Life Science or Engineering

Proven experience in either aseptic filling or aseptic manufacturing, or experience in the qualification of manufacturing equipment

Experience with highly active pharmaceutical ingredients (HAPI) is a plus

Demonstrated experience working in a GMP-controlled environment

Proficiency in English; German is a plus

Ability to agilely move between various tasks during this dynamic and exciting project phase and strong collaboration skills
