Advisor to entrepreneurs and high-growth startups: You will provide fast-growing startups and established companies with the expertise and counsel they need to achieve their vision, from incorporation to financing rounds to successful exits. Notary: You will be responsible for developing our notary practice, focused exclusively on corporate law matters, with the goal of building Switzerland’s most efficient and modern notary office.Expert: You will further develop your core expertise, in corporate, contracts or litigation and other fields relevant for high growth startups. Leader: You will learn to lead projects and manage multi-disciplinary teams, building leadership skills in real-world settings. Business (wo)man: You will spot growth opportunities, develop new products and help extend LEXR’s customer base through marketing and business development activities.What Is Required

Experience: Excellent academic track record with a comprehensive understanding of legal issues; strong grasp of corporate topics is an advantage. Growth mindset: Ability to balance opportunity-seeking with risk awareness and pursue continuous personal and professional growth. Attention to detail: Provide actionable legal advice and accurate notarizations with diligence and attention to minutiae.Business sense: Basic understanding of how the business world works to provide actionable legal advice to businesses. Team spirit: Collaborative, humble, positive, open, and able to work well with customers and team members. IT affinity: Proficiency in MS Office; 99% digital environment with openness to new tools.Fluent German and English: Ability to work with local and international customers; most matters pertain to the Swiss market and require fluency in German.
