As part of our development, we are looking for our Civil Engineering sector for a:Construction Project ManagerJoining Perrin Frères SA means taking charge of one or more construction sites independently, with the support of the company management and the group's support functions. You will be involved from the preparation to the delivery of the structures, with technical, managerial, and financial responsibility.Your challenges:- Autonomous management of construction projects in coordination with internal management or during the acquisition of new projects-Directing and organizing construction sites (methods, planning, resources)- Personnel management of site foremen and site supervisory staff- Guaranteeing compliance with safety, quality, and environmental rules- Ensuring technical, financial, and contractual monitoring of projects- Identifying additional work and implementing offers for additional work- Being the primary contact for clients, partners, and subcontractors- Contributing to the delivery of structures and the closing of projectsYour profile:- Engineering or technician degree in civil engineering- 5 to 10 years of experience in managing or directing civil engineering works, either independently or in a consortium- Solid site culture, technical and recognized, capable of leading teams and making decisions- Rigor, sense of responsibility, ability to prioritize, and sense of dialogue with all stakeholders on a construction siteOur benefits:- We offer a position with a significant scope of autonomy in a pleasant atmosphere with modern and efficient work tools.
