MICROSOFT CLOUD SECURITY SPECIALIST, Gland

We are looking for a

Microsoft Cloud Security Specialist

to join our Cloud Security practice. In this role, you will design, implement, and secure hybrid environments combining on-premises infrastructure with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.

You will help our clients modernize their environments, adopt best practices in identity and data protection, and strengthen their compliance posture— across both technical and organizational dimensions.

What you will do

Design, deploy, and secure

Microsoft hybrid infrastructures

(on-premises AD, Exchange, File Servers, Azure AD, Microsoft 365).

Implement and maintain

Zero Trust architectures

across identities, endpoints, data, and applications.

Configure and manage

Azure AD / Entra ID , Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, and identity synchronization (Entra Connect).

Strengthen

endpoint security and compliance

through Microsoft Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and Security Baselines.

Manage

Exchange

(on-premises and Online) environments, hybrid connectors, and mail flow protection.

Support

cloud migration and modernization projects , ensuring hybrid coherence and security alignment.

Harden infrastructure and enforce

Microsoft security best practices .

Develop and maintain

PowerShell automation

for security operations, reporting, and configuration management.

Monitor and investigate

security events

(Defender portals, audit logs, SIEM integration).

Minimum 5 years’ experience

administering Microsoft on-premises and hybrid environments.

Strong expertise in

Active Directory, Exchange, File Servers , and

endpoint management

(Intune, SCCM, WSUS).

Proven experience with

Microsoft 365 / Azure hybridation, Conditional Access,

and

security governance .

Hands‑on experience with

PowerShell, Defender for Cloud / Endpoint , and

Intune Security Baselines .

Solid understanding of

Zero Trust, Modern Authentication , and

Data Protection .

Technical Skills Domain

Expected Expertise

Identity&Access Management

Active Directory / Entra ID, Entra Connect, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, RBAC, hybrid identity design.

Infrastructure&Hardening

AD DS, GPO, DNS, DHCP, DFS; account/group management; Windows Server hardening and security policies.

Messaging&Collaboration

Exchange On-Prem and Online, hybrid configuration, mail security (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), anti-phishing, migration from On-Prem to Online.

Endpoint Security&Compliance

Intune, Defender for Endpoint, update management, compliance policies, MDM/MAM, device reporting, security baselines.

Automation&Reporting

Advanced PowerShell scripting for administration, compliance, and auditing.

Cloud Security&Governance

M365 governance, Secure Score, sensitivity labels, IP&DLP, audit logs, Defender for Cloud integration.

Monitoring&Incident Response

Microsoft 365 Defender portal, Sentinel or equivalent SIEM, alerts triage, investigation and troubleshooting.

Security-oriented mindset and analytical rigor.

Autonomy, attention to details, and a structured approach to documentation.

Ability to communicate clearly and explain technical concepts to both IT and business audiences.

Curiosity and enthusiasm for Modern Workplace, Cloud Security, and Microsoft ecosystem evolution.

Good command of technical English (spoken and written) and French; German is an asset.
