We would love to welcome our next interns from August onwards. Tasks
Assist in resolving customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone. Provide accurate product and service information to customers. Help manage support tickets and follow up on customer issues. Contribute ideas to improve overall customer satisfaction and experience. Assist with logistics and communication for our B2B and B2C network.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery to consumers. Assist in resolving warranty requests from both end‑consumers, shops and distributors. Requirements
Current students or recent graduates in related fields (Business, Marketing, Communications, Sport management, etc.). Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). A customer‑first mindset with attention to detail and empathy. Interest in outdoor or action sports — snowboarding knowledge is a bonus.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast‑paced environment. Team‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
