Responsibilities

Review client account opening requests for corporate structures such as active and passive entities, trusts, collective investment schemes, financial institutions, external asset managers, etc., from an AML/CTF, sanctions, and CDB standpoint, as well as tax compliance aspects such as FATCA and CRS.

Prepare and file clients’ files, including high‑risk and complex cases.

Draft specific memos and compliance notes.

Participate in key regulatory projects.

Support and advise the front line and management.

Qualifications

Good knowledge of banking documentation.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Economics, or a related field.

5–7 years of experience in the financial industry (Big Four or banking environment).

Eager to learn and ready to take on new challenges.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Analytical and methodical approach.

Excellent organizational skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Excellent command of English and French.

Strong team player with the ability to thrive in a multicultural, dynamic, technological, and international environment.
