Our client, which is a growing SME based in Geneva, is looking for a FinanFinance Director - FP&A - supply chainOur client, which is a growing SME based in Geneva, is looking for a Finance director to take over all financial management.Finance Director - FP&A - supply chainOur client is a growing SME active internationally, based in Geneva.DescriptionThe Finance Director is expected to do the following:Finance business partnering&FP&AEnsure reliable, performance-driven monthly reporting; oversee outsourced accounting and guarantee the accuracy of financial dataStructure and lead FP&A activities (budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, performance tracking)Analyze and challenge growth opportunitiesContribute to the financial evaluation of projects and dealsBuild business cases and challenge pricing strategies and marginsManage treasury, cash flow, and overall financial visibilityMaintain relationships with financial partners and auditorsSupply chain financeManage the supply chain specialist (1)Ensure alignment between finance, supply chain, and growth-related challengesOversee operational flows (inventory, orders, distribution) from a financial perspectiveOptimize working capital, stock levels, and logistics costsSecure and optimize international flows (import/export) in line with business constraintsAddress international VAT and customs duties considerationsStructure&process managementManage the IT/AI LeadDrive continuous improvement of tools and processesEnhance data quality, reliability, and accessibilitySupport business growth by reviewing and analyzing contracts from a financial standpointInteract with a wide ecosystem of international partnersCoordinate with external advisors (legal, tax)ProfileWe're looking for the following background:Strong finance academics, ideally trained within a Big 4 environment, complemented by experience in an SME, bringing both technical rigour and business pragmatismProven ability to operate in international environments and work with foreign subsidiariesSupply chain finance experience preferredFluent in French and English; Spanish is a plusDemonstrated managerial capabilities and ability to engage teamsSolid understanding of entrepreneurial environments, with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindsetFlexible, adaptable, and comfortable evolving in a fast-changing scope, with the ability to take ownership of new topics over timeJob OfferThe opportunity to join a growing business and be the finance business partner of the CEO. jidff0f65eafr jit0623afr jpiy26afr
