Do not hesitate to contact us.Restaurant ReceptionistYour work:You will be responsible for welcoming guests to the restaurant, managing lounge booking requests, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of service (kitchen, service, events, etc.).- Welcome restaurant clients.- Manage lounge booking requests and ensure their follow-up.- Draft and propose menus to internal clients, then confirm them with the kitchen and service teams.- Ensure the setup of lounges according to needs, including technical aspects.- Perform various administrative tasks (mail, rates, etc.).- Participate occasionally in welcoming and/or table service during events.Profile:- Higher education in hospitality.- Experience as a 5* hotel receptionist.- Food&Beverage experience (5* restaurant or room service).- Ability to effectively coordinate activities related to the reception area.- Keen sense of welcoming a high-end clientele.- Very good command of MS Office tools.- Rigor and ease of writing.- Fluent English and French.- Residence in Switzerland.Your ability to work in a team, your sense of service, as well as your ease of communication will be valuable assets that will allow you to successfully accomplish the missions you will be in charge of.
