Manpower For our client, we are looking for a Legal assistant.

Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to the legal team.

Manage and organize legal documents, files, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail.

Assist in preparing legal documents, contracts, and reports in accordance with firm standards.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communication with clients and external partners.

Ensure compliance with legal procedures and internal policies.

Support billing, invoicing, and time tracking activities.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Perform general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Skills&Qualifications

Completed legal assistant or equivalent administrative qualification.

Previous experience in a legal environment, preferably within a law firm or corporate legal department.

Excellent command of English and French; additional languages are a plus.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal management software.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data entry.

Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
