Technical BA - Banking, Geneva

We are hiring a Technical BA with expertise on RiskPro.

Your Responsibilities

Collaborate with Finance and Risk stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements

Translate business needs into clear functional specifications (Agile environment)

Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of Finance&Risk solutions (incl. RiskPro)

Coordinate with external vendors and support tool integration&release management

Investigate and resolve production incidents, ensuring quick and effective solutions

Define and execute test cases (UAT, non-regression) to ensure solution quality

Identify and mitigate risks related to data security and sensitive information

Provide documentation and support for production and third-level issues

Your Profile

Degree from ETH / University / UAS or equivalent

Experience as a Technical Business Analyst in banking IT

Solid experience with RiskPro

Strong understanding of Finance / Risk / Financial reporting

Experience with SQL and database tools

Knowledge of Java, Liquibase, Maven is a plus

Experience with Git (GitHub), CI/CD pipelines and APIs is an advantage

Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum)

Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

Fluent in French and English

Swiss residency required at the start of the assignment
