Aufgabengebiet

Provide high-level, proactive executive support to the CEO.

Deliver a mix of professional (90%) and personal (10%) assistance.

Manage complex and constantly evolving calendars, ensuring optimal prioritization.

Coordinate international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.

Prepare, review, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.

Facilitate communication across departments and with external partners.

Support ad hoc projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

Assist in the preparation of board-level documents when required.

Bring structure and efficiency to administrative processes.

Provide limited personal support (e.g., appointments, reservations, logistics) and ensure a smooth integration between professional and personal scheduling.

Anforderungsprofil

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at C-level, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

Strong command of English (written and spoken) and fluent French.

Swiss resident (mandatory).

Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable with digital tools and systems.

Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.

Flexible, highly available, and service-oriented mindset.

Absolute discretion, professionalism, and reliability.
