HR Finance Specialist (80-100%)

HR Finance Specialist will manage the budgeting and forecasting process for the Unit, ensuring precise HR cost monitoring, payroll reconciliation, headcount plan management, and regular HR reporting and analysis. The role supports HR projects, compensation review cycle, salary benchmarking, and other employee related queries.Responsibilities

Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for the Unit and liaise with Group HR Finance. Perform payroll reconciliation processes between SAP and Workday and manage all payroll provisions. Manage the headcount plan, maintain open positions, explain monthly variances (joiners, leavers, transfers), and analyze trends.Provide regular HR reporting and analysis on headcount, people cost, diversity, recruitment, and other HR KPIs. Support the HR team with HR projects, payroll, and other employee related queries. Participate in the compensation review cycle and salary benchmarking. Qualifications

University degree in Finance, Economics, or related Business Administration field. 3-5 years of experience in HR Finance, business management, HR analytics, or audit. Proven expertise in managing and processing confidential data, automating workflow processes, and overseeing database systems. Advanced knowledge and technical ability with MS Excel (VBA, SQL, advanced Excel), BI tools and systems (SAP, Tableau, etc.).Solid understanding of payroll and accounting processes is an asset. Ability to analyze and present data concisely. Project management experience is a plus. Excellent problem‑solving skills and constructive, realizable solution orientation. Languages: French and English (written and spoken).Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate. We are an equal opportunities employer.
