As an Assistant and Technician with recognized experience in the Geneva real estate sector, you will join a management group responsible for a portfolio of private buildings and will have the following responsibilities: Establishing and renewing leases and amendments independently; Monitoring various files and updating data on Abacus; Acting as a contact person for the group and property owners; Posting and monitoring properties in accordance with work orders for routine interventions; Collecting and submitting various reports and documents requested by the management of the management department; Following up on incidents within your management group and particularly with the responsible manager; Taking minutes for your management group. Qualified in the real estate field, you have in your favor: A commercial employee diploma or equivalent; An Immobase or equivalent; 3 years of successful experience in a Geneva management company; Proven knowledge of the X ABACUS program, an advantage; Mastery of the Office suite and common tools as well as reporting; Excellent writing in French and comfortable with taking minutes.
