Financial Controller We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented Financial Controller @ 100% to join our client's Geneva office and work closely with the Group CFO. This is a unique opportunity to gain full visibility on the financial engine of an international multi-family office and actively contribute to its strategic development.Far from being a pure accounting role, this position sits at the crossroads of finance, strategy, and operations. Contribute to key strategic topics such as group financial structuring and transfer pricingSupport the consolidation of financial statements across jurisdictions Build and enhance high-impact dashboards used by top management Provide insightful analysis on profitability (clients, bankers, activities) Drive performance and transparency Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reportingPlay a central role in the budgeting process and its monitoring Deliver clear and actionable financial insights to support business growth Continuously improve reporting tools and processes Own the operational finance backbone Oversee purchasing and invoicing processes in coordination with external fiduciary partnersEnsure strict cost control and alignment with budgets Prepare and manage revenue-sharing calculations for bankers Actively contribute to the optimization and automation of financial workflows What we are looking for... Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Experience in a family office, wealth management, or financial services environment in SwitzerlandExperience in an international environment is highly valued Strong command of English (written and spoken) is required ; Portuguese is a strong plus Strong accounting foundation and solid experience in controlling Excellent command of Power BI and Power Query (data-driven mindset is key) Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate numbers into business insightsGood understanding of financial statements and consolidation principles Mindset&personality Curious and eager to understand how a business truly works Flexible and comfortable in a fast-evolving environment Service-oriented with a strong sense of ownership Empathetic, with excellent interpersonal skills A good sense of humor (we take our work seriously, not ourselves!) jid9fc4777a jit0623a jiy26a
