We are looking for one of our clients in the Geneva region:CNC Setter MechanicAs a Setter Mechanic, you will be responsible for the proper execution of tasks within the CNC Setter department.Job description:- Setting and Preparation: Tool assembly and setting of CNC machines for watchmaking components made of precious and specific materials (case middle, case back, bezel, bracelet, etc.) on various CNC machines (Willemin 408MT / S2 / 508MT2 / Robodrill / Bumotec).- Programming: Minor adjustments to programs and cutting parameters (ISO/Fanuc).- Quality Control: Rigorous self-inspection during production using conventional measuring tools (micrometer) and optical tools (Keyence).- Maintenance: First-level equipment maintenance and changing of inserts/tools.- Compliance with processes: Strict adherence to aesthetic criteria.Profile sought:- Education: Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a production mechanic, polymechanic, micromechanic, or equivalent qualification.- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of confirmed experience in CNC setting, ideally in the Geneva watchmaking sector.- Technical skills: Reading complex blueprints and mastery of fine geometric tolerances, ISO code.- Soft Skills: Solution-oriented and continuous improvement, team spirit, and sensitivity for the finished luxury product. jidb59a42aaen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
