Energy controlling consists of continuously analyzing and monitoring energy flows and their costs in order to detect deviations and propose measures. Reliable data is then used transparently in the breakdown of charges. Our solutions are innovative, elegant, and sustainable.Tasks- Execution of energy controlling mandates using the e3m tool- Energy concept for new buildings and renovations- Advice to clients on the implementation of monitoring and critical analysis of metering schemes in connection with HVAC and BMS systems- Daily plausibility check of meter data, control of consumption, and breakdown of charges- Assistance in the preparation of ESG reports- Detailed analysis of HVAC flows through energy controlling and proposal of energy and water saving measures- Regular and permanent contact with the client department and annual reporting to clients- Execution of technical and energy audits on site- Identification of potentials and development of concrete technical measures aimed at reducing energy and water consumption, as well as improving reliabilitySkills- Engineering level degree in one of the following fields: thermal engineering, energy engineering, HVAC engineering, building technology, or data processing- Good knowledge of BMS system topology, particularly for metering- Field knowledge, site visits in the context of audits and project management- French language, B2 level in German is an asset- Good knowledge of Excel and other office tools- 3 years or more of experience in an engineering office or with an operator/energy provider- Experience in energy audits- Knowledge of e3m or energy controlling software is an asset- Knowledge of standards and methods in the field of charge breakdowns is an assetOffer- Working conditions and flexible working hours- 25 days of vacation, 30 days from age 55 (for A+W Lausanne and A+W Geneva, more favorable specific conditions apply)- Unpaid leave up to 6 months- Loyalty bonuses for service anniversaries every five years (after the 10th year)- Internal continuing education (A+W University)- Financing models for external continuing education- Pension fund and social benefits- Own pension fund (Except A+W Lucerne)- Full coverage of accident insurance premiums (professional and non-professional) by the employer- Career- Career opportunities throughout Switzerland- Personal development interview and career plan with social benefits- Various advantages and offers in different areas- Good SBB half-fare travelcard- Work environment- Modern offices- State-of-the-art equipmentHave we sparked your interest?
