Store Manager, Geneva

As Store Manager of Bershka Geneva, you are responsible for the overall performance of the store. A true entrepreneur of your point of sale, you drive commercial activity, lead and develop your teams, and ensure a dynamic customer experience aligned with the Bershka universe and Inditex group standards.

Key Responsibilities Commercial Management&Performance

Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets

Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans

Optimize stock management and product rotation

Ensure alignment between product offering, trends, and commercial performance

Visual Merchandising

Ensure the implementation of Bershka VM guidelines

Execute collections in line with the latest trends

Create an attractive, dynamic, and fashion-oriented store environment

Train and support teams on VM standards and styling

Collaborate with VM teams and the Area Manager to adapt guidelines to the local market

Management&Leadership

Lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic team

Recruit and onboard profiles aligned with the Bershka DNA

Organize schedules to optimize productivity

Foster a positive, energetic, and results-driven work environment

Customer Experience

Deliver an engaging, fun, and trend-driven customer experience

Be present on the shop floor and lead by example

Handle customer feedback professionally with a solution-oriented mindset

Develop customer loyalty and engagement

Operational Management

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and group standards

Maintain store standards (organization, cleanliness, presentation)

Oversee inventories and loss prevention

Work closely with the Area Manager and support functions

Profile

Proven experience as a Store Manager in retail, ideally in fashion

Strong product sensitivity and good knowledge of trends (youth-oriented environment)

Natural leadership with the ability to engage and inspire teams

Strong analytical mindset and business orientation

Autonomous, responsive, and able to prioritize effectively

Good command of French and English (German is a plus)

Flexible availability (weekends and peak periods)
