Junior Digital Strategy Consultant• Geneva, Geneva, Switzerland (a Swisscom company) is a strategy and technology consulting firm. We help our clients leverage new technologies to reshape their business, create innovative products, and transform their organizations.

Your mission:

Support our clients in defining and implementing their digital strategy, by analyzing their organizational and business challenges

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of developers, business analysts, and designers, ensuring effective coordination throughout the full project lifecycle

Produce deliverables such as functional specifications based on in-depth analysis, guiding development by addressing core user needs

Facilitate transparent communication between business and technical teams during the delivery phase, fostering consistent implementation

A first experience (internship, apprenticeship, or student job) in consulting, digital project management, or a related field

A Master's degree from a leading European university (EPFL, ETH, HEC, etc.) in computer science, business, or a scientific or technical field

Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders across complex organizations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A strong interest in information systems, innovation, AI, and emerging technologies

Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)

Fluency in French and English (minimum C1 level); German is a plus
