Junior HRIS Environment&Support Specialist (80-100%) Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain the HR digital ecosystem to ensure stability and performance. Serve as the main point of contact for HRIS support and troubleshooting. Execute operational tasks such as monthly reporting and data quality checks. Implement solutions to reduce manual workload across HR teams.Ensure the run and maintenance of HR IT systems, including Workday and related tools. Maintain and monitor automated jobs and reports to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Manage and optimize HR‑related data flows and database structures. Document HRIS procedures, workflows, and technical configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.Stay informed on emerging technologies, including AI, and contribute to the team’s technological watch. Qualifications

Master’s degree or Engineering degree in Information Technology or related field. More than 2 years of professional experience in IT or HRIS support. Excellent command of scripting (CMD batches) and Office 365 (particularly Excel). Good command of Windows Server administration. Strong interest in technological innovation and awareness of AI trends.Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Proactive, adaptable, and service‑oriented mindset. Comfortable with change and continuous learning. Autonomous and well‑organized. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Fluent in French and a good working level of English. Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.Technical Environment
