This role offers the opportunity to take charge of a well-established practice within a network of veterinarians in the Lake Geneva area, Switzerland.Practice Overview

The practice is part of a network of 15 clinics employing around 130 professionals. It offers modern facilities equipped for preventive, medical, and surgical cases and provides full administrative, financial, and operational support. Responsibilities

Lead the general veterinary team and ensure smooth operations across all departments, from routine consultations to surgical procedures. Collaborate with other clinics in the network to access specialists and continuous training opportunities. Organize and delegate operational duties within the team.Maintain strong clinical skills and provide high-quality patient care. Qualifications

Veterinary Doctor degree. Minimum 5-6 years of experience in small animal (feline and canine) medicine. Experience in leadership and team management. Proficiency in French and German. Eligible for veterinary licensure in Switzerland. Benefits
