Description

Manage corporate secretarial matters for multiple jurisdictions, ensuring strong governance standards

Support corporate structuring initiatives, including potential relocation of headquarters and international expansion

Contribute to compliance and internal audit topics in collaboration with global teams

Assist on cross-border investments and projects, particularly in growth regions

Gradually support the review and negotiation of trading and commercial contracts

Profile

3-8 years of experience in corporate law, ideally within an international environment (law firm or in-house)

Swiss-qualified lawyer (essential requirement)

Strong command of English (mandatory); French is a plus

Hands‑on, adaptable, and business‑oriented mindset with the ability to work across multiple topics

Solid exposure to corporate governance and a strong interest in trading activities
