Deputy Head of Treasury (H/F/X), Geneva

Vacancy: Deputy Head of Treasury (H/F/X) - We are looking for a Deputy Head of Treasury (H/F/X) for our client, an international B2B fintech company in Geneva area, to join its Group Treasury team for a permanent role (100%).

The position is a direct permanent position withourcustomer. The support and placement as well as allofourother services are freeof charge for you as an applicant.

Missions

- You will drive end-to-end hedge accounting activities (risk identification, documentation, effectiveness testing, disclosures and audit readiness) in line with IFRS 9 / IFRS 7 - Youwill support treasuryrisk mitigation acrossFXexposures, marketvolatility and evolvingcompliancerequirements, proposingpragmatic solutions tostakeholders- Youwilloverseekey cash management topics (liquidity monitoring, cash positioning, transfers and bankrelationships) in a dynamic international environment - You will ensure robust treasury accounting processes (reconciliations, monthly/quarterly reporting, budgeting and forecasting) and contribute to annual reporting cycles- Youwillpartnercloselywith senior management (includingCFO-levelexposure) toexplainmovements, challenge assumptions and bringactionableinsights - Youwillact as a trusteddeputytotheHeadofTreasury, with a long-termpathtowardbroader leadership responsibilities

Profil du candidat

- You have strong senior-levelexperience in corporatetreasury and/or treasuryaccounting, withprovenownershipofcomplextopics - You have hands-on expertise in hedge accounting (IFRS 9 / IFRS 7) and solid exposure to FX hedging and treasury risk mitigation - You are autonomous, structured and comfortableoperating in a leanenvironmentwithdemandingreportingtimelines- You are confident communicating with non-finance stakeholders and presenting clear messages to senior leadership - You are fluent in English (French is a plus) and able to work with international teams across multiple time zones - You are based in Geneva or nearby
