Lead and support laundry innovation projects in alignment with the Home Strategic Segment Unit’s strategic objectives. Drive the deployment of innovation projects, including preparation and delivery of client briefings. Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for launched products across regional and global client portfolios.Manage and coordinate laboratory technicians to ensure efficient and high‑quality execution of laboratory activities. Support intellectual property (IP)–related processes and activities. Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including Science&Research, Marketing, Sales, and Technical Development. A university degree in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, or a related field, complemented by substantial professional experience. Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry, particularly in GC‑MS and LC‑MS/LC‑MS‑MS techniques, and/or expertise in formulation development and characterization (e.g., rheology).In‑depth understanding of surfactant‑based formulations, ideally with experience in laundry product development. Experience with data management tools or methodologies is an advantage. A collaborative mindset combined with creativity, autonomy, openness, initiative, and strong communication skills.Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in French is an asset.
