- Oversee general office administration and organisation
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain and update databases and records
- Handle inventory management and office supplies
- Coordinate home and office maintenance, troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers
Accounting&Financial Administration
- Process and record invoices in the internal accounting system
- Ensure timely payment processing (Winbiz)
- Support basic accounting and financial administration tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Act as the Principal's trusted right hand - French, English and Spanish fluencyOversee office, household, and basic accounting operations
Required Experience&Qualifications
- Relevant education enabling the successful performance of Executive/Personal Assistant duties
- Significant experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Solid accounting experience and confidence working with financial data
- Strong professional presence and excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluency in French and Spanish; English is also required
- Excellent written communication skills
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Winbiz is a strong asset

- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling confidential information
