Legal Counsel - Technology and Data Protection Specialist, Geneva

As a Technology Contracts and Data Protection Specialist, you will:

- Technology ContractsDraft, review, and negotiate agreements for software, SaaS, cloud services, and IT procurement.

- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards, focusing on data security and privacy clauses.

- Act as the primary legal contact for technology stakeholders and support vendor due diligence.

- Data ProtectionDevelop and implement privacy policies and compliance programs (GDPR, UK DPA, FADP).

- Conduct data protection impact assessments and manage records of processing activities.

- Provide practical advice on privacy issues and deliver training to internal teams.

- Collaborate with Information Security and HR on breach response and sensitive data handling.

- Licensed to practice law in the UK, EU, or Switzerland.

- Minimum 3 years' experience in technology law and data protection.

- Strong knowledge of GDPR and international privacy frameworks.

- Fluent in English; French is a plus.

- Experience in fast-paced, international corporate environments.
