Senior Legal&Compliance DACH region - Healthcare industry, Geneva

As Legal Counsel, you will provide comprehensive legal support across a broad range of commercial and compliance matters within the DACH region.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Advising on a wide range of commercial contracts (service agreements, supplier contracts, key account agreements, financing arrangements).

- Supporting sales and marketing teams on legal matters while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.

- Managing compliance-related activities, including third-party sponsorship agreements, grants, and monitoring of travel and expenses.

- Collaborating closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure high standards of legal and ethical conduct.

- Covering primarily Switzerland and Austria, with occasional involvement in Germany.

- Swiss-educated lawyer (Bachelor and Master obtained in Switzerland), ideally Swiss-qualified (bar admission is a strong asset).

- 5-10 years of experience with a strong background in commercial contract law; experience in compliance is a significant plus.

- Proven exposure to the healthcare sector (pharmaceuticals or medical devices) is required.

- Fluent in French, English, and German (mandatory).

- Ability to operate effectively in a complex, international environment and manage cross-border legal matters.
