Business Analyst Consultant- Intellectual Property / ADR / …, Geneva

For a UN Agency based in Geneva, NTT DATA is currently seeking a Business Analyst Consultant with IP to join the team Onsite in Geneva. The Consultant shall provide technical and legal inputs to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of digital solutions for the client' services, including case management databases, e-filing systems, online user facilities, and virtual hearing platforms. In addition, the consultant will support Intellectual Property and Copyright Offices in the implementation of ADR frameworks by providing technical assistance in the development of rules and guidelines, as well as in the deployment and customization of online case administration tools, thereby facilitating efficient dispute administration and the effective use of online ADR mechanisms.The consultant will be responsible for: Contribute, in the context of the client' ADR Co-administration Program, to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of digital solutions. This includes case management databases, e-filing systems, online user facilities, virtual hearing platforms, and data analytics dashboards.Liaise closely with relevant client' colleagues, in particular the Solutions Design and Delivery Section (SDDS), to ensure that these systems are robust, secure, user-friendly, and aligned with the operational requirements of ADR proceedings. Support Intellectual Property and Copyright Offices in the implementation of ADR frameworks by providing technical assistance in the development of rules and guidelines, as well as in the deployment and customization of online case administration tools. This work will involve supporting partner offices in jurisdictions including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, India, Kenya, Namibia, Nigeria, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Uganda, and Uruguay, ensuring efficient dispute administration, effective use of online tools, and smooth coordination for the conduct of online hearings.For this role you will need to have the following education and experience: Education (Essential): first-level university degree in business administration, management, law, marketing. Education (Desirable): University degree including studies in intellectual property and/or alternative dispute resolution.Experience (Essential): at least three years of relevant professional experience, including experience in intellectual property law or alternative dispute resolution in a law firm and/or department or agency. Language (Essential): excellent (written and spoken) knowledge of English. Job Related Competencies (Essential):Broad understanding of IP and ADR. Excellent understanding of the use of information technology in the context of dispute resolution processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
