Your profile In order to be a successful Institutional Sales @ DPAM, we consider the following criteria as‘must haves’:

You have obtained a Master degree (economics or similar);

You have a proven and relevant work experience of 7– 10 years as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or similar, in the broader financial sector (Asset Management, Banking, Insurance,…);

A strong ability to communicate (verbally and in written), present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level,

You are fluent in German and English, Swiss German and French are a plus

Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office;

Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail;

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;

You are accurate, like working with figures and are highly client service oriented;

You are autonomous, have a strong team spirit and want to contribute to the success of an ambitious team;

You like to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with a strive for perfection.
