ERP Functional Specialist Treasury (f/m/x), Geneva

Vacancy: ERP Functional Specialist Treasury - Business Process&Requirements (f/m/x) - We are looking for a ERP Functional Specialist Treasury - Business Process&Requirements (f/m/x) to start immediately for our client, a based in the Geneva area. For this position, the employee in question will be hired on a project basis. The support, placement and all of our additional services are free of charge for you as the applicant.

Missions

- Validate&Refine Business Processes:

Review and enhance draft "To Be" processes, ensuring completeness, alignment with industry standards, and ERP best practices. Lead working sessions with stakeholders to clarify process flows, business rules, pain points, and integration points.

- Define Business Requirements:

Translate validated processes into clear, actionable business requirements, including data needs, reporting, and integration touchpoints. Create draft Business Requirements Documents using agreed templates and documentation methods.

- Support RFP Readiness:

Finalize functional documentation required for the ERP/System Integrator (SI) selection process. Ensure alignment and consistency across domains, support RFP content creation, and contribute to evaluation criteria tied to functional requirements.

- Knowledge Transfer:

Equip internal teams with process documentation and provide handover materials to ensure continuity after project completion.

Profil du candidat

- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in leading ERP platforms and deep functional knowledge of core process domain (Treasury). - Strong business process design, validation, and documentation skills in complex environments. - Ability to identify process gaps, integration points, and areas needing clarification or potential ERP add-ons.- Experience facilitating workshops and working sessions with both business and technical teams. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing business-ready process maps. - Collaborative and detail-oriented; able to deliver high-quality documentation under tight timelines.

Project Details:

- Duration: 4 months (May- August 2026) - Contract basis - TMS expertise - Immediate start
