Licensed Aircraft Engineer– Geneva – B1 – A320 – Line Maintenance Location:

Responsibilities

Promote a positive safety culture and ensure safety and quality policies are communicated, promoted, and implemented within the organization.

Perform line maintenance work packages and certificate of release to service, daily and weekly checks, engine and APU replacement, defect rectification, component replacement, AOG recovery and troubleshooting.

Perform A-check, P-check and out-of-phase checks work package.

Structural damage assessments and repairs.

Ensure aircraft operates in airworthiness conditions.

Work autonomously within a team‑spirit environment and assist the shift leader/supervisor.

Ensure clear communication and reporting.

Qualifications

Valid B1 EASA Part‑66 licence type‑rated on A320 CATA or holder of a CAT A licence.

Additional skills in sheet metal are appreciated.

Good command of verbal and written English.

Proficient in MS Office.

Positive attitude and solutions‑oriented.

High degree of customer focus, good communication and team‑oriented.

Proven ability to work under pressure.

Demonstrated knowledge of health, safety, and quality procedures to the required level.

Eligible only if holding an EU passport, Swiss passport or Swiss working permit.
