About Our Client Our client is a well-known energy and commodities trading company based in Geneva center.

Job Description As a Technology Contracts and Data Protection Specialist, you will:

Technology ContractsDraft, review, and negotiate agreements for software, SaaS, cloud services, and IT procurement.

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards, focusing on data security and privacy clauses.

Act as the primary legal contact for technology stakeholders and support vendor due diligence.

Data ProtectionDevelop and implement privacy policies and compliance programs (GDPR, UK DPA, FADP).

Conduct data protection impact assessments and manage records of processing activities.

Provide practical advice on privacy issues and deliver training to internal teams.

Collaborate with Information Security and HR on breach response and sensitive data handling.

The Successful Applicant

Licensed to practice law in the UK, EU, or Switzerland.

Minimum 3 years' experience in technology law and data protection.

Strong knowledge of GDPR and international privacy frameworks.

Proven ability to manage technology contracts and advise on privacy compliance.

Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Experience in fast-paced, international corporate environments.
