Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Draft Concept Notes, Sponsorship request letters and grant applications

Assist in preparing the presentations

Follow up on the ongoing projects in LMICs with the support of the Head of Partnerships

Assist with social media and communication materials related to partnerships and projects

Conduct research on the prospects, and identify potential donors

Assist in gathering the metrics and preparing the project reports

Support maintaining the database and documents up to date

Help on administrative tasks

Support on project coordination with Science, Advocacy and Communications teams.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Bachelor/Master Degree

Interest in the non-for-profit sector

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced international environment

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across multicultural teams

Familiar with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Previous experience with Teams and SharePoint is an asset

1-2 years prior experience

English and French - level C2

The position is a full-time position (100%). The start date is to be agreed.
