provides investment services to private clients. Founded in 2007, the SEC‑registered company devises portfolio diversification strategies for clients based in the US and Canada.

We are seeking to recruit a Client Relationship Officer for our UHNWI US clients on an 8‑month contract. You will be based in Geneva and act as the point of entry for all operational requests from relationship managers and clients. As most clients custody their assets with Banque Pictet&Cie SA, you will also work closely with its organization for outsourced custodian activities.

Your role

Assist the CRM with daily client‑related tasks (debit list, maturities, etc.).

Process payments and transfers while ensuring call‑backs are performed, and assist with other transactional activities when needed.

Ensure strict follow‑up of documentation (pending items, Middle Office, Risk&Compliance lists) by contacting clients together with the CRM.

Manage documentation flows (archiving and processing physical and electronic forms).

Process workflow requests in the systems (client codifications, credit card requests, credit lines, pricing exceptions, etc.) and ensure relevant client documentation is captured (memos, orders, etc.).

Work closely with the zone’s COO and CCO to resolve any Risk&Compliance matters.

Lead and organize the prioritization and remediation of Key Risk Indicators within the team.

Build close relationships with custodian stakeholders (Middle Office, Client Registrar, Risk&Compliance, etc.) and serve as their point of contact for the team.

Ensure all telephone calls received by the team are dealt with.

Help with administrative tasks when required.

Your profile

Certification in Commerce/Banking or an equivalent qualification.

Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience as an assistant in private banking.

Service‑oriented, with experience and understanding of dealing with private clients and assisting relationship managers.

Understanding of client documentation and internal processes of a wealth‑management company.

Keen attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and diligently.

Reliable, resilient with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to multitask.

Solution‑oriented and proactive.

Excellent communication skills, written and oral.

Sense of ethics, values and partnership culture.

Strong team spirit.

Fluency in English and French.

Must be resident in Switzerland.
