International Private Bank, Private Banker, Turkey Market, Geneva. This role is part of J.P. Morgan’s EMEA Private Banking business, based in Geneva. You will collaborate with a diverse team to deliver a first‑class experience for clients, providing investment, banking, trust services and financial planning across the Turkish market.Job Summary

As a Private Banker you will lead new client acquisition and retention, ensuring a seamless client experience by coordinating with specialists across the firm to deliver comprehensive wealth‑management solutions. Job Responsibilities

Prospect and acquire new clients from Turkey. Own sales and implementation of investment, banking and trust/estate products to core clients. Leverage and coordinate specialists (Investor, Capital Advisor, Trust and Estate Advisor and Wealth Advisor) to provide interdisciplinary expertise for complex clients.Manage each account to ensure a completed profile and that accounts are properly maintained and serviced, adhering to J.P. Morgan Risk Management policies. Build trust with clients and manage relationships effectively. Ensure that proposed products and services maximize clients’ needs, goals and objectives.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Significant experience in Private Banking working with UHNW individuals and families. Previous business development experience. Achievement‑oriented, focused on exceeding business goals with attention to detail. Proven sales success – prospecting, profiling, overcoming objections, negotiation, team selling, closing the sale and asking for referrals.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Strong relationship management and team‑building skills; views team concept as critical to mode. Demonstrated understanding of investments, banking and trust concepts including asset allocation on structured portfolios, managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews, deposit and loan solutions and basic trust and estate products.Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business, including regulatory and technological environments.
