Specialist– Health Finance&Sustainability, Geneva

Location: Geneva, Switzerland– long‑term international assignment.

We are currently supporting a leading international organization in the search for a Health Finance Specialist to support large‑scale global health and financial sustainability initiatives across multiple countries and regions.

Key Responsibilities

Support countries and international stakeholders on health finance and financial sustainability strategies.

Contribute to the development of financing roadmaps, transition plans, and value‑for‑money initiatives.

Provide advisory support on co‑financing, resource mobilization, and innovative financing mechanisms.

Analyze financial and health systems data to support strategic decision‑making and policy implementation.

Coordinate with international partners, NGOs, donors, and public institutions across multiple regions.

Support governance, reporting, monitoring frameworks, and cross‑functional collaboration initiatives.

Profile

Strong experience in health finance, public financing, development finance, or health systems strengthening.

Experience working with international organizations, NGOs, development institutions, or public health stakeholders.

Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Experience working in complex multicultural and matrix environments.

Familiarity with health financing reforms, sustainability initiatives, or international development programs is a strong advantage.

Languages

English fluent.

French is a plus.
