Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.The Account Manager supports the Team and the Relationship Managers (RMs) with all tasks related to servicing Private Banking clients.Responsibilities include order placement, handling of client requests, execution of trades and providing administrative support to the team.The role offers an opportunity to develop into a Junior Relationship Manager role in the mid to long term.YOUR CHALLENGEClient Administration&ManagementSupports the RM and team in client interaction in all respectsResponds to incoming calls and takes prompt actionMaintains and updates records of client instructions, details, and preferences. Creates system-based reports for the RMProvides clients with verbal and/or written information and data, giving neither advice nor any statement of opinion as value judgementProcesses orders, trades, transactions, payments placement (outside e-channels) and handles and executes clients’ requestsBusiness ManagementOrganises and follows up client meetings, including logistics and document preparationSupports the RM in investigations and troubleshooting, maintaining close bank-internal cross-team/unit collaborationRisk ManagementFull adherence at all times to compliance, legal guidelines, internal rules, regulations and policiesActs as the first line of risk defence, through raising concerns, following up on issues and escalating as necessaryYOUR PROFILEExcellent organisational skills, able to work swiftly, independently within the Assistant RM scope and accurately even whenunder pressureProactive, friendly, team player and solution-orientedImpeccable presentation and communication skillsStrong integrity, ethics and risk awareness combined with solid client-focused mindsetFoundational knowledge of financial markets: structure, function and legal/regulatory environmentas well as industry awarenessStrong fluency in Spanish and English (oral and written)Very good MS Office skillsWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.#J-18808-Ljbffr
